This is CitiCard - Calling on SEARS account/cards - SEARS is going broke, now that K-Mart owns them - They are DESPERATE for money, and have to resort to this in order to stay afloat. As long as you make a minimum payment, they can't touch you. Put them on your DO NOT CALL list ..... Someone named Frank is leaving threating messages that I have a law suite filed against my social, and that he is going to hurt my credit rating. Caller doesnt even have my correct social security number.

Guy said he was from "The Pre-legal Department" wanting to speak to my wife. I told him not to call back and he said he had the right to call back and would call again the next day.

I don't know any person wih that number..and when I call back don't respond.

Calls several times a day and dosn't leave any message

Called old work number from over 10 years ago. Left an old co-worker message to call "Nettie" at "Valued Services". Collection Agency

made a random call at 9:30 tonight

This person keeps calling and hanging up as soon as we answer the phone! They were calling us trying to get us to purchase something and when we said no they won't leave us alone and keep calling, now they call and won't answer when we do answer the phone.

I keep getting a call on my cell phone and place of business saying i have a pending lawsuit.
